What is my Org Code?
The Administrator of your organization’s MobileServe account can provide you with your org code.
How do I reset my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password:
From the login page, select “Forgot your password?”
- Enter the email address you used to create your account, and you’ll receive a message with instructions to finish the reset process.
Note: If you do not receive an email, chat with us or email us, and we will manually reset your password for you.
If you can log in but want to change your password:
Go to your Settings and select Change Password.
Can I belong to more than one organization?
Yes! You can enter an organization code when creating your account, and you can add or remove organizations at any time in your Settings under Organizations.
When you belong to multiple organizations and create a log, you can select the organization you want to associate that log with. You can choose multiple organizations, and you can also not check any of them. If you don’t select an organization, you will not get credit with that organization for your hours and your log will not be visible to the administrators for that organization.
How do I add a photo after submitting a log?
You can add a photo by going to your Activity page. Click on the log you want to add a photo to. Click Edit and then Next. Add your Photo and click Submit.
How do I know if I'm an Administrator of my organization?
If you’re an administrator, you’ll see “Dashboard” as an option in your left hand navigation menu.
What if I'm not an Administrator but should be?
Contact one of the current Administrators, and they can make you an Admin. If you don't know who's an Administrator, chat with us or email us.
Who can search for and find me in the MobileServe Find Friends tool?
Your visibility depends on your privacy settings. To view and change your settings:
- Go to your Settings page.
- Under privacy, you can choose from public, private, or friends only.
Who has access to my information?
Only administrators of any MobileServe organization you are a member of have access to your service logs and personal details.
Who do I contact with questions?
Email us or use our chat messenger by logging into your account.
